Having worked primarily in independent firms, David is a specialist in the village and country property market. Despite a glut of estate agents in Aylesbury, very few deal mainly in this market sector and we feel that we can provide a niche service to those buying, selling or renting in the more rural districts.

We occupy refurbished Grade 2* Listed offices in Aylesbury’s ‘Old Town’, with prominent window displays, excellent contacts amongst the leading West End based Country Agents to assist with wider coverage, and of course our website!

We aim to provide a high quality, more personal and individually tailored service, rather than that offered by the local volume sales estate agents, with all viewings accompanied by a member of staff, larger advertising displays and high quality details including colour floor plans.
